Training Actions for Workers of the Escambray Las Tunas Territorial Trade Unit

Abstract
This research arises from the need to improve the skills and knowledge of the workers for their proper work performance in the Escambray Las Tunas Territorial Trade Unit. The study is aimed at the design and partial application of a procedure for the training of the entity's workers and thus contribute to the improvement of the work of human resources in correspondence with their personal needs and the demands of the job. The theoretical framework of the research was built, through the review and bibliographical analysis of topics related to Human Resources Management with an emphasis on training employees workers. The training process of the organization throwing that the training actions do not respond to the needs of the workers, they do not carry out the evaluation of the impact of training quantitatively and have few qualitative indicators. With the design of this procedure, constitutes a methodological guide to develop the process of training of workers that includes indicators that allow evaluate qualitatively and quantitatively the impact of the training. Said procedure is partially applied in the UCT, evidencing overall satisfactory results. The methods used are: theoretical, historical-logical, hypothetical-deductive, analysis-synthesis level of information, induction-deduction and systemic-structural. The empirical level, document review, observation, interview and poll.
