Organizational Communication: Its contribution to modern business management. The case of "Ramiro Lavandero Cruz" Cigar Company.

Abstract
This research examines the current state of communication in organizations. Specifically, it analyzes the state of communication at the Ramiro Lavandero Cruz Cigar Company and how it contributes to the organization's management. Through a qualitative diagnostic approach, the inductive method was used. The techniques employed include document review, both internal and company-specific, as well as all documents relevant to the study, surveys of employees and managers at the center, interviews, and participant observation. All of this was done with the aim of analyzing and transforming the identified problem and arriving at a solution. Empirically, the study sought to address the production of communication. The decision was made to employ techniques and methods that will verify the aspects previously identified as research problems.
