AN OPEN PROPOSAL: QUESTIONNAIRE FOR WORKING WITH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Up to date, information has become one of the main resource’s companies have. Decision-makers have begun to understand information is not just a by-product of corporate governance. But, also fuels businesses and can be one of many critical factors in determining success. or failure of these. The informational component accompanied by a whole legal framework that encourages its organization and protection, requires proper management based on a particularized diagnosis that facilitates the identification of informational needs in order to facilitate the provision of timely, reliable and accurate information. The author with this article intends to socialize an instrument (questionnaire) prepared with the intention that its application facilitates knowing the general aspects related to Information Management and Document Management according to current legislation in Cuba (Resolution no. 60/11 Rules of the Internal Control System and General Self- Control Guide and Decree-Law No. 3/2020 of the National Document Management System and Archives of the Republic of Cuba (goc-2020-513-o55) and Decree No. 7 / 2020 Regulation of the National Document and Archives Management System of the Republic of Cuba (goc-2020-514- o55). The questionnaire comes from a source prepared by the author herself and intends to serve as a guide as an open proposal, validating it in another phase.
