Indicators proposal for family doctor offices to evaluate the medical services quality

Abstract
I am writing to you as an official of the Primary Care Section of the Provincial Directorate of Health of Villa Clara, due to the fact that in the province there was an increase in dissatisfaction related to the quality of medical services in the Santa Clara municipality. The complaints that refer to the family medical offices constituted 82%, and in the "Martha Abreu" Polyclinic 75%, which shows that adequate medical care is not being provided in the doctor's and nurse's offices of the family.
