Therefore, the integrated management system in the entity was diagnosed, which allows to affirm that, although progress has been made in the integration of the systems, deficiencies related to the duplicity of information have still persisted, which limits the performance of the organization's processes and the satisfaction of the interested parties. Also, the procedure was composed of four stages and eleven steps for improving the processes of the Integrated Management System designed. Finally, the procedure designed through specialist criteria showed satisfactory results. For that reason, it was validated while corroborating the feasibility of the application of the procedure. Methods of the theoretical level: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, sources analysis, inductive-deductive and systemicstructural; of the empirical level: document review, observation in its participating observation variant, study of the products of the activity and surveys were applied.
