Food Agroecology in function of Sustainable Development

Abstract
The work "Food agroecology based on sustainable development" is a study carried out to apply ecological techniques in agriculture with the aim of maintaining the sustainability of environmental conservation and soil productivity to contribute to food sovereignty in the municipality of San Juan de los Remedios, Villa Clara province. For this, research methods were applied, among which are experimentation, observation and agroecological techniques in 8 hectares of land of the EBU Integral Agropecuaria in the area. The work reveals results obtained with the application of applied ecological techniques in the field of this EBU, successfully contributing to the care and conservation of the environment in the timely treatment of the land, as well as the care of the health of the workers by eliminating polluting agrochemicals in the fertilization process to maintain food sustainability of the population by maintaining agricultural production in the town.
