Quality of work life as a Tool for Strategic HHRR Planning in Hotels

Abstract
Human capital is the most valuable element in a company to achieve its objectives efficiently and effectively. Currently, demotivation, dissatisfaction and poor performance of workers in Cayeria Norte of Villa Clara facilities negatively influence productivity and customer service. There are some aspects of organizations that affect behavior and work performance, such as work system, policies, leadership and management methods, organizational strategies, effectiveness and productivity. Quality of Work Life (QWL) encompasses efforts to increase productivity and improve employees well-being and their environment based on a perception expressed by employees of an organization about their degree of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the environment in which they work. For this reason, the general objective of this investigation is established to propose a set of strategies based on innovation that fosters an organizational culture that promotes employee commitment through QWL evaluation. The proposal seeks to prepare the organization to quickly adapt to market and technological changes, implement comprehensive well-being programs that address mental and physical health. All these by improving resilience and job satisfaction, as well as the integration of technological solutions that facilitate effective collaboration in work environments job.
