Professional Skills and Cyberjournalism in social network X. Analysis from Radio Caibarién.

Abstract
This research has a mixed approach, and focuses on characterizing the professional competencies of Radio Caibarién's editors and reporters on the social network X. From a communication perspective, it is a study of the issuer, based on the conceptualization of categories and the observation of the phenomenon from the particularities of the Cuban context. Through various theoretical, empirical, and mathematical methods, it was found that the subjects analyzed had limited competencies on the social network X, impeding comprehensive journalistic practice in the current media context, characterized by cyberjournalism and new communication trends. In turn, the competencies that, in the opinion of the radio station's journalists and editors, could contribute to achieving better performance on the social network X were identified. In this sense, the most notable were improvements in video editing, photography, digital marketing strategies, and the use of social media tools. Overall, it was demonstrated that acquiring the aforementioned professional competencies is essential for press workers. Finally, a valuable perspective is provided, which serves as a foundation for further studies in the field of communication.
