Knowledge management and innovation in the managers of the Municipal Administration Council of Camajuaní. Proposal of actions

Abstract
The purpose of the research developed in the Municipal Administration Council of Camajuaní was to design actions that contribute to the development of knowledge management and innovation in the organization's staff and reserves in order to promote adequate performance of its functions and better integrated management of human capital, more specific, in management by competencies. Different methods and techniques from the theoretical level and the empirical level were used, such as: Analysis-synthesis, Inductive-deductive, Document analysis, Observation and Survey. The action plan was designed based on theoretical references and the results obtained from the diagnosis of needs and potential of the staff and reserves of the Camajuaní Municipal Administration Council. This territorial administrative body has a structure covered and strengthened based on its cultural level and its diversity, with stability in the positions held.
