Main Article Content
Abstract
This work represents the characterization of the system used in the housing program as it is a policy that was drawn up centrally based on the needs identified by the country's leadership with respect to the deterioration of the housing fund. In this sense, a development plan was developed with the purpose of achieving this objective and the Villa Clara Local Construction Materials Production Company emerged to produce and market these productions. To comply with this policy, several factors are integrated, including the supply of national balance resources, the determination of work priorities and marketing to reach the client. In this sense, it is proposed to analyze the supply chain used in this activity and determine the elements that threaten its successful operation.
