Abstract

Contemporary sport requires coaches who are distinguished by their scientific-technical-methodological level. However, INDER in Cuba does not have, within its human resources system, a high-quality categorization system like that of the Ministry of Higher Education itself, but rather categorizes through the National Ministry of Education. But it does not have the rigor to evaluate contemporary scientific knowledge related to competitive training and applied sciences, based on sustainable results in different sports. Therefore, this work addresses how to objectively group coaches with knowledge, competitive experience at the national and international level, scientific-technical-methodological level, in the conventional competitive preparation for the Cuban Paralympic. A professional categorization process is proposed, which groups coaches by their scientific-technical-methodological level, transferring their knowledge to the competitive preparation of the country's young athletes from the base, through high competitive achievements, and projecting them to the future, high competitive performance. This categorization process would be of interest to the national sports organization, since the specialized Human Resources will be of a high level, qualified by international standards, competing with the best catalogs in the world, for Cubadeporte S.A.  From the point of view of social justice and human development, it resolves the demand for coaches in the territories. It concludes by recommending implementing this proposal for the benefit of a competitive quality management system for Cuban sports with a new professional vision of the coach.
