Facing Climate Change from an strategic thinking

Abstract
This article conducted its analysis towards communication strategies to challenge Climate Change with an approach and implementation from the Environmental Training Network in Villa Clara territory.The main objective was to unravel the relevance of designing a coherent, systemic and organic communication strategy in response to the State Plan for antagonizing Climate Change from and with the community. That is why thinking of communication as a strategic process allowed a better management. This was an opportunity to generate a higher level of awareness, knowledge and motivation about this phenomenon and its solutions. On the other hand, the ability to adapt to different situations and encourage the creation, consolidation and/or change of attitudes and the reorientation of certain undesirable daily practices by the members of the Environmental Training Network. Emancipatory conceptions of development, Popular Education, information management, technology management and knowledge management were investigated, identifying strengths and gaps in previous studies. The community conception assumed by the authors was deepened, where an analysis of the confrontation and adaptation to climate change was established from a strategic communication thought of the Environmental Training Network for the “Tarea Vida” (Life Task) in Villa Clara.
