Abstract
A system of actions is proposed for promoting the information services and products of the Provincial Historical Archive of Villa Clara using ICT. This involves addressing conceptual themes on promoting and disseminating products and services in information institutions, specifically in historical archives, as a means to solve problems, make decisions, achieve organizational goals and meet the needs and desires of users and clients. The research beings with User Study to later design the system of actions for promoting the information services and products of the Provincial Historical Archive of Villa Clara, considering theoretical and methodological aspects for activity development through the application of methods and techniques to obtain quantitative and qualitative results from the study object. The research also covers theoretical references on Marketing, its operational and strategic tools.
