Abstract
Surveillance and Intelligence is one of the most important components of success in organizations. The present work aims to diagnose the potential of ARCOS Varadero for the implementation of a surveillance and intelligence system that will promote its development. The survey technique was used to obtain the results, as well as the Microsoft Excel program for processing them. The results obtained allow obtaining a characterization of the real state of the center under study, showing that it is ready to design and implement a surveillance and intelligence unit, with prior training of the specialists and the technologies they possess.
