Study of labor fluctuation in the Tobacco Twisted Villa Clara Company

Abstract
Human capital constitutes the fundamental value in today's manufacturing companies, as they make the difference between equal entities under equal conditions. Cuban companies are currently facing a great challenge to maintain their stable workforce, since in recent years migration has intensified, as well as the increase in inflation and economic actors with better salary conditions, creating an environment conducive to personnel fluctuation. The Villa Clara Twisted Tobacco Company has not been exempt from the high fluctuation that exists in the country, causing this to decrease production, affecting not only the company but also the country, which is why this article aims to make a diagnosis of Human Capital Management in said company. As study methods, theoretical methods will be used such as the historical-logical method linked to the construction of the theoretical framework of the research, analysis, synthesis and induction - deduction, in addition, empirical methods will be used such as document analysis, interviews, the survey, observations, group work and consultation with experts. As a result of the research in its practical value, the applicability of the diagnosis to generate a change process in the members of the organization, aimed at achieving better management.
