Abstract
This research work analyzes the management of innovation in the Provincial Health Assurance and Transport Company in Villa Clara. Therefore, it proposes to create an action plan to develop the system where it systematizes different theories and concepts related to the variables, management, innovation and management of technological innovation from the position of different authors. General and specific objectives are defined based on the problem presented to achieve the best decision to be adopted by preparing the proposal for the improvement of the system. Every organization needs management actions for its operation that allow it to be sustainable over time, in this sense, although innovation does not necessarily depend on technology, it cannot be ignored that the latter, due to its evolution and development, must speed up and facilitate innovation in organizations that generate added value to their products and services.
