Strategy for changing the Government management of Local Development in Camajuaní Municipality

Abstract
An strategy was designed for changing the government management of Local Development in Camajuaní municipality. It is to combine local actors, such as Government, organisms and centres of production and services to carry out a participative government management. Methods of qualitative paradigm were applied in the investigation. It allows to understand that most of detected problems have a subjective character and they leave to the overdraft that the preparation lack limits us for the upgrade and development of Cuban economic pattern. The proposed Action Plan provides greater participation in the Development Strategies and training at all levels, helps in the change of the government management paradigm and changes the work method and style.
