Measuring the economic and social efficiency of the Cuban people enterprise
Main Article Content
Abstract
Economic-social efficiency and its measurement in the Cuban people enterprise currently reaches strategic significance for the nation. The work provides essential arguments to the following questions: How to determine the level of economic-social efficiency with which the company operates? And how to measure the degree of realization of the property of all the people reached, to define what to do based on its consolidation? A measurement system composed of variables, indicators and indices is proposed: 1) those that express the economic and financial position; 2) those that express the degree of use of material, financial and labor resources, and 3) the socioeconomic, management and political indicators, which ultimately explain the successes or failures of the entity. They contribute decisively to the analysis of economic-social efficiency and reflect the real degree of realization of social property and socialist economic consciousness.
