Probabilistic analysis of demand to improve the level of customer service

Abstract
This investigation has as main objective to develop a technically argued procedure that it allows to introduce improvements in the administration of the provisioning, through an appropriate inventory administration.
In the development of the investigation used heuristic and mathematical methods. In the heuristic used: The analogies and comparisons, the sessions of ideas and other, in the mathematicians employed the related to the investigation of operations and specifically in these, the models of inventories. Also they used the statistical techniques and of prognostics.
It must highlight that between the results reached, planning range is obtained of products for your manufacture in function of the analyzed claim and prognosticated, was feasible by achieving it compliments a series of practical, methodological and economic impacts. Between the first a guide for the application of the procedure in appointed to entities is highlighted to the manufacture of products for the human consumption and that at the same time serves as a methodological guide for the training of the personnel.
In the seconds stands out the possibility of planning rationally the quantity of necessary products for the manufacture and that achieves improve in the logistic performances.
