Algorithm as a guide for the development of logistics planning in the supplying chains nodes

Abstract
Currently there is a large number of organizations considering necessary to improve; but sometimes they do not identify that while improving elementary factors (raw materials, materials, labor, energy and technology),nor management factors (planning, organization and control) must be improved. Which implies the introduction of trends. That allows the company to provide a better level of service to customers, have excellent inventory control, good practices in the control of production or service operations, improve management effectiveness and other cost-related advantages, the quality and sustainability of the systems. This work presents the design of an algorithm, which contributes to an adequate decision and management process, by establishing a procedure for logistics planning in the nodes of the supply chains. As the main result, improvements are obtained in the institutional decision-making process, efficiency in business logistics performance and its response capacity is increased, it allows creating the bases for the productive chain of organizations and their link with the value chain. Referring to: when, where and what means are required to guarantee the goals of the entities to be integrated, based on the policies and provisions stated in the aggregate production or service plans or goals of the organization, a consequence of this research.
